Hello. My name is Tricia and I am the Director of the Spiritworks Center. For years I’ve wanted to do something with my life that enriches me and also makes a powerful difference in the lives of so many others. After many detours (on which I’ll fill you in later) I am finally following my heart’s desire. What is this dream? To create time where I– and other like-minded souls –can pay attention to our own physical and spiritual well-being. I seek to create a space where the Spirit is evident and where I can invite my friends to take time out from their hectic lives to indulge themselves in the discipline of self-care and to learn how to live in healthy stress-relieving ways.
Now in our humble beginnings, we are ready to invite you to join us; to pay new attention to your own physical and spiritual health so that you can return to your job or schooling or family a better person. Only when you are well can you fully impact your community-at-large and your family and friends in whole-some, helpful ways. We invite you to join us just as you are and indulge yourself in the the benefits of God-care and self-care. This means a new beginning as we live with healthy, holy habits and practices in order to live a full life. Healthy living in our bodies, minds, and relationships is a basic, yet powerful tool for transformation, first of ourselves, and then of our communities and the world.

Dear MIchael, So good to hear from you. We do go a ways back! I am not in Florida (I was there for eight years) but am in Seattle where I teach at a graduate school in theology. Sorry I can’t offer direction in Florida. Enjoy the warmth. Blessings for the new year, Tricia
Greetings, Trish. So good to see you continuing a good work that began well. Many blessings to you and your family this holiday season.
Grace and peace.
Sandy
Dear Sandy, And blessings to you and your home this Thanksgiving and into the Advent season. Love and Blessings, Tricia
Greetings! I am the chairperson of the Bishop’s Convocation for the Greater New Jersey Annuual Conference. Bishop Sudarshana had contacted you previously about being one of our presenters during the January 21-23, 2009 event. I just need to firm up some details, so that we can make this work as smoothly as possible. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Dear Jean, Yes, please give me a call. I continue to look forward to being with the New Jersey Conference and Bishop Sudarshana and his clergy. Blessings, Tricia

Dear Tricia,
You probably will not remember me, I took your SpiritGifts course at Wesely Forest in the Central Pa. Conference. I served as the associate Lay Leader with Vance Hart.
My wife and I became Full Time RVers last year and traveled to Tucson Az. and next week we will be leaving for Cleremont Fl. I was wondering if you could tell me of any opportunities for a lay person like myself while we are there.
I would like to continue to do workshops on SpiritGifts and to further the strengthening of the Laity.
Please let me know! Mike
