Individual and Group Spiritual Direction

Individual Spiritual Direction: You can meet with Dr. Brown one-on-one for a one-time appointment, or bi-weekly and monthly appointments are available. Patricia combines deep humble listening with discernment based in the ancient questions, “What do you seek?” and “Where is God in this?” –You will find guidance and clarity for your life. Patricia suggests her directees combine this with a studio class in body movement and meditation for a holistic directive experience.

A free initial consultation is necessary.

Suggested Donation**:  $7.25 – $50 per session depending on the directee’s ability to donate.

Group Spiritual Direction: Dr. Brown facilitates Spiritual Direction Groups (of at least three directees). This 90-minute gathering begins with each member checking in with the group. Lectio Divina using the week’s lectionary text, each person is invited to share their reflections from the sacred reading and discover direction for his/her life. The hour ends with a guided relaxation visualization that will bring you to the
calm and clarity that you seek. A free one-on-one consultation with Tricia is encouraged before attending your first group gathering.
