DROP IN FOR ONE FREE SESSION at the Spiritworks Home Studio or invite Dr. Brown to your location. Mats, blankets, blocks and straps available for use.

Sessions are appropriate for beginner and intermediate students and use mixed style Hatha Yoga. Classes begin with breathing and “focusing” techniques as a window to experience the Divine. Students are encouraged to continue these throughout the practice and meditation as they integrate flexibility and stretching. The most active portion of the practice includes The Sun Salutation series, the Asanas (postures) being joined by Vinyasa (flow). But, BEGINNERS also fully participate by modifying postures throughout the sessions. Each class concludes with meditation (Savasana) that empowers you to use heart-centered messages to create a better life. My wise teacher Rene’ Graney says, “Yoga gives us an opportunity to hear the wisdom of our body, find the stillness of our mind, and create a happier way of being.” Drop-in for a free session and experience this unique practice for yourself to decide if it is for you. Tricia’s life is blessed by her meditation practice practice with yoga and and by those who join her daily.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Restorative:  Enjoy the benefits of yoga in a slower, more restorative pace.  Great for all levels, those working through injuries, and those just beginning a physical exercise routine.

Yoga 1 & 2  Find balance between effort and relaxation in a class that combines the strength of held postures and the serenity of breath-directed movement.  Classes are based around the fluid movements of the sun salutation and end with a final relaxing meditation.
Level 1 Build on basic postures and breath techniques learned in the Intro Series. Appropriate for those with little or no yoga experience.
Level 2 Intermediate students.  A basic understanding of postures, breath techniques and sun salutations recommended.

Individual and Group Practice: Tricia is available to work with individuals, one-on-one, and with groups of 2, 3 and 4 or more in your place or hers.  This allows more personal consultation and assistance. $10 – $25 suggested donation for class time.

Meditation:  Ancient meditation techniques teach you how to relax and be in the present moment. Through the use of visualization, the mind and breath find a rhythm that will bring you to clarity in your own life. Each session ends with meditation.

Individual Spiritual Direction:  Meeting one-on-one, both bi-weekly and monthly appointments are available.  Based in the ancient Judeo-Christian question, “What do you seek?” you will find guidance and clarity for your life.

DONATIONS can be made online at www.spiritworks.org or by check or cash. Donations can be made at the time of the class. Paying ahead sets your intention and reserves your spot.

SPIRITWORKS’ OUTREACH:  Because Spiritworks believes in the sacred worth of all people, the classes are open and free to anyone who does not have the ability to make a donation.  The unemployed and underemployed are encouraged to come. 10% of all donations go directly to HopeMadeReal supporting Mama Arlene and the orphaned children of Rwanda, Africa.
